What makes your luxury scented candles unique?

My luxury scented candles are unique because they are handmade with high-quality, natural ingredients. Each candle is carefully crafted to ensure a long-lasting, even burn and a rich, complex scent.

How can I ensure my candle burns evenly?

To ensure an even burn, trim the wick to 1/4 inch before each use and allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface of the candle before extinguishing it.

How do you ensure the quality of each handmade candle?

I use only high-quality natural ingredients and closely monitor every step of the candle-making process to ensure each candle meets my high standards for quality and consistency, delivering the best possible experience.

Can I expect small variations in the appearance or scent of your handmade candles?

Yes. Since each candle is handmade, there may be subtle differences in color, scent, or even a slight frosting (a white haze that sometimes appears on soy wax). Although I aim for consistency, these small variations add to the unique charm of each candle.

Why doesn't the wax touch the glass everywhere in my candle?

This phenomenon is known as 'cold spots'. Wax expands when heated and contracts when it cools, sometimes causing it not to sit evenly against the glass. This can even occur with candles that are manufactured in factories. But don't worry, it does not affect the candle's function.

What is the best way to store my candles when not in use?

It's best to store your candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or heat sources. This will help to preserve the scent and prevent any damage to the wax or container.

How can I create an account on your website?

To create an account, add one or more products to your basket. On the checkout page click on the checkbox "SAVE MY ACCOUNT" and follow the prompts to register.

What payment methods do you accept?

I accept iDeal as well as PayPal. Credit card payments are possible through PayPal.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier's website.

Do you have an account and have you already placed an order? Then you can also view and track your orders in your account after logging in!

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

If you receive a damaged item, please contact me immediately with a photo of the damage and your order number. I will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

What is your policy for returning or exchanging a product?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt, excluding shipping costs. This policy applies only to orders that were not customized, unused and are in undamaged condition. Please contact me me for instructions on how to initiate a return or exchange.

WHAT INSPIRED YOU TO START MAKING SCENTED CANDLES?

I was inspired to start making scented candles primarily by the creative aspect and the desire to create something physical after years of sitting behind a computer screen. I love using my hands to create something and seeing something come to life from scratch. It is also very satisfying to have a finished product that is not only beautiful but also diffuses a pleasant fragrance and creates a relaxing atmosphere.

WHAT WAS THE INSPIRATION BEHIND YOUR CURRENT SCENTED CANDLE COLLECTION?

I noticed that the scented candle market was mainly dominated by traditional, often sweet or light fragrances. There was a clear lack of strong, bold scents that challenge and provoke thought. Inspired by this gap in the market, I decided to create unique fragrance combinations that deviate from the usual sweet and cheerful. My goal was to develop scents that are not only pleasant but also have a certain depth and complexity, making them truly stand out. This led to the creation of scented candles that not only fill a room with fragrance but also with character and a story.

Are there any new collections or scents coming soon?

Will you be expanding beyond candles in the future?
